Metrica’s IT Systems Department provides an exclusive IT maintenance service. Our goal is to improve our customers’ technical capacities by providing preventive and operative maintenance services for their systems and computers. The services provided include:

IT support for IT Systems

  • Hardware maintenance: installation of computer equipment, performance, servicing and computer upgrades.
  • Software maintenance: installation of programs, configuration, updates and security.

  • Network maintenance: monitoring, configuration and improvements
  • Online assistance

Current interactive collaboration systems, with online collaborative applications, allow our engineers to work simultaneously and collaboratively on our customers’ own models and files.

We integrate the required communications systems under strict measures of control to guarantee the safe transfer of information and we can work interactively and directly in our customers’ servers: ENOVIA, FTPS, PLM, Webex, etc.
